How can we promise this? We receive participant’s reaction and learning feedback after every equipping event and use that to continuously improve our workshops. Three months later we again evaluate the behavioural change resulting from the workshop, and continue to engage with the client to assertain if that behavioural change has had the desired impact on the organization we were originally engaged to provide. Meet Your Coach
Terry English
Terry is a certified leadership and team coach and facilitator with over twenty-seven years’ experience working in an international context. He is passionate about developing leaders and healthy, impactful teams. Having been a group VP and L&D director responsible for staff development in 16 countries, he understands the need to balance individual and team development within the wider cultural context of your organization. Living in the Czech Republic, he has served and equipped organizations across the world, and has recently enjoyed helping organisations navigate the changing leadership culture, enabling older leaders to adapt to the changing needs and expectations of younger workers, and enabling multi-generational teams work more impactfully together.
Terry also has many years experience as a volunteer youth worker, having learned one of the secrets to happiness is helping other people realize their full potential.
In his free time he loves spending time with his family, via ferrata, hiking, skiing and conducting a 150 member gospel choir.
